The coaching service is offered in different packages (e.g. Starter, Performance, Elite), each purchased as a one-time payment for a defined coaching period.
The Website does not use automatic recurring payments or card storage.
The customer selects a suitable coaching package and completes a one-time payment at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Maksekeskus AS, which acts as the payment service provider. Payments are completed in a secure external environment.
The Website does not store or have access to the customer’s card or bank details.
The service agreement enters into force once the payment has been successfully received.
After successful payment, the online coaching service is provided as follows:
A personalized training plan is prepared for the customer
Within up to 3 business days, the customer receives:
Access to a personal Google Sheets–based training plan (via link or shared access)
Usage instructions and information about the feedback and check-in process
Since the service is digital, no physical delivery applies.
The initial coaching period is paid as a one-time purchase via the Website.
If the customer wishes to continue coaching after the initial period:
Further cooperation is agreed separately
Payment for subsequent periods is handled via invoice
No automatic or recurring payments are used
The customer’s payment details are not saved for future charges
The customer may terminate the cooperation at any time by providing written notice via email.
After termination:
No further invoices are issued
No automatic payments exist or will be made
As the service is a digital service that begins after payment, the right of withdrawal may be limited once the service delivery has started, in accordance with applicable law.
Any refund or cancellation conditions are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether the service has already been provided.
All questions, complaints, or requests must be submitted via email to inforhsuperior@gmail.com.
Requests are reviewed and responded to within a reasonable time, typically within 48 hours.
Personal data is processed solely for providing the service and processing payments.
Payment-related personal data is shared with Maksekeskus AS, acting as an authorized payment processor.
