I’ve been working with Rauno as my online coach for the past two years, and the progress has been nothing short of phenomenal. After just one year of training under his guidance, I won the title of 2024 Estonia’s Strongest Man. Over the course of two years, I’ve managed to break all of my personal records across every event – and I’m still improving.
Rauno’s coaching has been precise, supportive, and perfectly tailored to my goals. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone serious about strength training and performance.

I've been coached by Rauno online for nearly two years, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. His training plans have helped me peak at the right moments, leading to a podium finish at the Estonian Log Lift Championships and a first place at the 2025 Estonian Strongman competition.
Rauno understands exactly what I need to progress in strongman – every block has been purposeful and adapted to my goals. His knowledge, consistency, and attention to detail have made a real difference. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to push their limits in strength sports.

I’ve been coached by Rauno online since 2023, and it’s made a real difference in my progress as a junior strongman. In both 2024 and 2025, I became the strongest junior in Estonia, and Rauno’s coaching played a huge role in getting me there. Having someone with this much experience in your corner is huge—he’s helped me avoid mistakes I wouldn’t have even known to look out for on my own.
He’s super thorough with technique, always checking my lifts and sending videos with clear explanations when something needs fixing. That kind of support makes complex movements easier to understand and master, even from a distance.
Rauno Heinla is a professional strongman from Estonia who has been competing for over twenty years and has amassed several world records in variations of his favourite event – the deadlift. He is a two-time World Deadlift Champion and despite having long since moved into his forties, is still regarded as one of the best pullers on the planet.
Heinla still seems to be improving his strength and is showing little sign of winding down his competitive activities, nor his pursuit of the illusive 505kg deadlift world record. He has a daughter, Marie Heinla, and when not training and competing he works with clients as a certified personal trainer.
