When you are just starting, I support you on basic technique and programming to set you off to a good start. Experienced lifters will get more detailed adjustments to their programming and help with technique corrections.
Competition preparation package helps athletes to gain peak performance based on competition date. I also support athletes with post-injury rehabilitation to re-gain strength and performance.
With my experience and results in international as well as national competitions (Arnold Brazil winner 2017, Arnold Australia winner 2018, Deadlift world championship winner 2019 and 6-times national champion) I am offering tailored strength programming to support athletes on different levels based on available equipment and existing fitness routine.
